About

Malcom Scholz Luzio was born in 1992 in the south of Chile. From kindergarten, he went to a Waldorf school where he was simultaneously introduced to art through music and fine arts. During the ten years Malcom attended the school, he was able to experience many forms of art such as pottery, watercolor painting, perspective drawing, carpentry, and eurhythmics.
In 2010, Malcom decided to attend Principia College where he was able to be part of the 2011 Principia art abroad visiting Greece and Turkey which influenced his art in several unique dimensions. Malcom, who is also a Global Perspectives major with a focus in Sociology and Anthropology, is now dedicated to exploring the potential of art for social change. During the summer of 2013, he had the opportunity to go to the Philippines where he conducted pottery workshops with human trafficking survivors. Malcom graduated from Principia College in May 2014 with BAs in Art and Global Perspectives. He plans to travel the world exploring different cultures and hopes to bless and be blessed wherever he goes.
